Custom or Personalised Orders

  • Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Proofs (if applicable) must be approved before production starts. Delays in approval may delay dispatch.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payment via credit card.

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified or processed.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Ready-made items are dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Custom or personalised orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after proof approval.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as Australia Post or courier services.

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are guides only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist with a tracking investigation.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

If a product is:

  • faulty or defective

  • significantly different from the description

  • not fit for its intended purpose

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in saleable condition

  • It is not a custom, personalised, or made-to-order product

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Personalised & Custom Items

Due to the nature of personalised or custom products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.

However, if the item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging

  3. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account once processed.
